The hotel served as a great base for exploring Lisbon. I loved the room with the angled balcony, and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel is located right at Largo do Carmo, which is a fantastic central location. It's just a 10-minute walk to downtown, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Distance to the airport was just 15 km. The beds were comfy and each brand-new room had a work desk, pay television, and ironing facilities...

Some of the staff were poorly trained.

The buffet breakfast is really small

The room was exceptional, with a private bathroom, shower, and double sinks. The location was absolutely perfect, close to the Tage river and the Chiado and Bairro Alto districts. The hotel offered great service and had a rooftop restaurant. Plus, they provided complimentary wake-up calls and ironing services.

Service was fantastic. Room (complimentary upgrade to a suite) was beautiful.

Rooftop terrace was a bit crowded, but to be expected - it's a great view!

We had an unforgettable experience at an incredible boutique hotel. The design of the hotel was absolutely unique and gave it a local touch. The attention to detail in every aspect, from the doors to the light switches, was impressive. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with amazing bakeries, shops, and attractions just a short walk away. The highlight of our stay was the restaurant on the 5th floor, where we enjoyed a phenomenal dining experience with breathtaking views. The staff made us feel special and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The spa center was a great place to relax, and the sauna was modern and clean. we highly recommend this hotel.

Recently refurbished and modern hotel in a lively area close enough to great restaurants as well as many attractions and good restaurants. Incredibly attentive staff throughout. Brand-new room, great bed, large bathroom. Fantastic views to the town and good facilities. Best possible and ideal location, just walking distance from Luis de Camoes Square. Lovely stay, as always.

Gréât staff and location

From the moment we arrived, the staff at Bairro Alto went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The hotel's modern yet tasteful design added to the overall ambiance. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was exceptional. The central location made it easy to explore the city's sites, shops, and restaurants.

Location - Very nice staff

The room service menu is very limited; I asked if I could have something from the restaurant (early, at 7 pm), and was told no.

all the staff members are helpful and very very helpful. the breakfast is perfect and outstanding, and the location is ideal just next door to all the bars and the delightful restaurant.
